Dear All,


KTVCLUB SG appreciates everyone support towards "KTVCLUB IDOL 2009". All the seats are sold out within 3 days from the day we launch the poster!

Prior to this year singing competition, do check up our last year fruitful experiences:

This year round, we will NOT REVEAL the names for the contestants first! So be prepared, you will never know who are the stronger ones till that day! Also, there will be lots of fun, with many spectators, prizes and lucky draws winners!

Date : 27th November 2009 (Friday/Public Holiday)

Time : 7:00pm to 11:00pm


Meeting Point : 6.45pm Sharp @ Main Lobby of Toa Payoh Central CC

Event Venue : No. 93 Toa Payoh Central #01-00 (5mins away from Toa Payoh MRT)

Registration Fee
Closing Date: 20-November-2009 (2359hrs)

  • Registered Members : S$18.00
  • Non-Members : S$20.00

Spectators/Supporters -:

  • Flat Fee : S$15.00

Flow Of Events
6.45pm Sharp : Meet @ Main Lobby, Toa Payoh Central CC
7.00pm - 7.15pm : Registration & Introduction Speech
7.15pm - 7.45pm : Contestants Trial Song Test
7.45pm - 9.45pm : Commencement of Singing Competition
9.45pm - 10.45pm : Resume Normal Singing Session
10.45pm - 11.00pm : Prize Giving & Closing Speech

Terms & Conditions
1. This event opens to anyone residing in Singapore only. Participants below the age of 18 must seek parental consent before joining. There is no age limit for this competition.

2. Registered Members refers to those who had register with the club before the date of 10-November-2009. Hark Music students are charged at this special rate as well.

3. Non-members refers to the "Members of the Public", who are not registered with the club yet.

4. Spectators/supporters are charged at a flat fee listed above, regardless of member status.

5. The fee stated above covers one person entrance and one standard drink. There will be no GST or service charges.

6. We will not entertain any bookings after 20-November-2009 (2359hrs).

7. This event shall be opened to the first 30 successful registrations (Excluding Spectators & Committee) only.

8. The committee and judges will mark the points based on the three criteria - Voice Quality, Pitching & Overall Performance.

9. Contestants can only choose Mandarin Songs for this competition. Points will be given based on one song to finalize the winners. You will have to submit the song one week before the competition starts.

10. Contestants will have a chance to test the sound system and the selected song before the commencement of the actual singing competition on that day. This trial test is limited to approximately one minute.

11. We will resume normal karaoke session after the competition is over, provided that there is ample time left. Spectators/supporters will have the chance to sing first in such circumstances.

12. The committee/judges decision for the winners will be final. Ktvclub Sg reserves the rights to approve/reject any applications/booking for this event and amend any terms and conditions stated herewith without prior written notice. In circumstances of any misunderstanding, the Club's Policy will be used in conjunction with the terms & conditions stated herewith.

Payment Terms
1. ATM / Internet Fund Transfer - Payment instructions will sent via SMS from (Mobile Server: 8249-7486) to those who opt for this option. Please keep your receipt and SMS the Transaction Reference Number to our mobile server to verify the payment(s).

2. Cash Payment - To be made personally during our normal karaoke outings to Nigel Tan.

3. Official Receipts will be issued via email once payment is verified. Registration Fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. Seats are confirmed only when payments are received before the closing date.

Thanks all for the support towards KTVCLUB SG. This will be the 107th KTV Outing and this will be the only karaoke outing before "KTVCLUB IDOL 2009", please refer to the information stated herewith. Hurry !! Book Your Seats Now !!

Date : Sunday 15-November-2009
Time : 3.00pm Till 7.00pm
Venue : Partyworld International Bldg (Orchard)


Dateline: Friday 13-November-2009, 2359hrs


REMARKS:
1. Please SMS to Mobile Server: +65 8249-7486 by the dateline stated above to confirm your seat(s). Registered Members will be notified via Email from our committee soon. Those who yet to register with the club are welcome in this outing too, please indicate your Email Address during SMS. Hurry !! Seats are LIMITED !!

2. We will sent out a confirmation sms to confirm your seat(s) before the dateline. If you do not received it by the dateline, kindly resend your application.

3. Please be PUNCTUAL so that we can start the ktv session without other kakis waiting for your arrival. All seats are NOT pre-arranged. The committee will split the rooms when necessary if there is a total attendance of 08 members and above.

4. All members must abide to the Club Policy which can be found at our official website.
